Why HCA Has The Most Exceptional Caregivers

HCABecause caregivers are the biggest source of happiness (or unhappiness!) in the home healthcare industry, Health Care Associates had become certified in Caregiver Code of Conduct™ Training to improve satisfaction across the board.  Each one of our caregivers goes through the very extensive training to ensure the care you get is better than any other you can get in the Grand Rapids area.

The requirements for Health Care Associates caregivers:

  • Five hours of classroom home skills training and testing
  • Self-study course
  • Personal recommendation from a client in their care

This training is very exclusive. In fact, we are the only agency in Grand Rapids authorized to implement in the Care Giver Code of Conduct training.  This training and certification is intended to give you the very best. You deserve it.
