Our Staff

Our Nursing Assistants are certified or are trained at our own State Certified Training Center to ensure top quality care. We are the first agency in the Grand Rapids area to offer Caregiver Code of Conduct training, with a special 12 hour training focusing on attitude, character and respect. We also provide professional services of RNs, LPNs, and Companions . All are required to pass a screening test, a reference check and a State Police check. They also receive annual in-service training and will present proper identification upon arrival.

Our Personal Home Assessment

Home assessment provides the opportunity to meet with a professional nurse from HCA or CCG, to ask questions and obtain professional assistance in assessing your individual needs. Hours of service can be arranged to fit the needs of the patient.
