Community Care Givers - A Medicare Certified Agency

Certain criteria must be met to receive service under Medicare. Following your phone call a skilled nurse will come to your home to evaluate any skilled need. Your doctor will be involved and will need to write a prescription for the skilled services. Medicare should be thought of as "visits" rather than blocks of hours.

Services that are available through Medicare are skilled nursing, home health aide, occupational therapist, speech therapist, physical therapy and medical social worker.

Community Care Givers also participates with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan and other private insurances.
